Interesting

So my high school boyfriend's wife just sent me a friend request on Facebook. Not sure what to make of it. Very interesting and kind of funny. Seeing his name brings back memories. I just stumbled across the box with all the notes he sent me in high school, good times, good laughs. :P
To those of you who know about the whole Brian/Tori high school love, what are YOUR thoughts?
P.S. Answer to Julie's question- No, I don't know her at all. Wouldn't have known who she was if it weren't for the name.

Facebook is interesting, isn't it? I had to join it for work, so I wasn't expecting the social part. It's mostly been positive (like finding you!!), but I know I've made at least one person mad by not responding quickly enough. Sigh. I'm taking a Facebook break for a while. I have enough pressure in my life to worry about offending someone through Facebook! :)

How are you feeling? Are you ready for girl #4? Your girls are so stinkin' cute! I'm sure they're excited! Do you have my email? If you do will you email me your address? Thanks!

i don't know. i am friends with my high school boyfriend... he seemed a little needy for a while, so i pretty much blew him off... and then, other stuff has happened lately that make me not want to be in touch with old boyfriends - they stir up trouble. (not for me, but others i know)

IGNORE. IGNORE. IGNORE! Here's my personal thoughts on facebook (but everyone uses it for different things, so this may not work for you): Facebook is my personal network of family, friends, and colleagues. If the guy who tried to start a fight with me in 7th grade wants to friend me on facebook, well, no thanks. I don't accept friend requests from students or their parents because they know how to reach me through the school... and because it's weird. (Also, I don't accept requests to be in Mafia Wars, so if you could pass that along to anyone who lives in your house who's name rhymes with Schmarth, I would appreciate it. :) I am pretty sure ex-boyfriend's wives fit this category, too. Basically, if I don't want to see them, or they don't want to see me in real life, they are just a stalker and no one likes a stalker.
So there's my theory, for what it's worth.

My husbands ex-girlfriend that he almost MARRIED invited him. I think she thinks she is hot sh*t and wanted to show Sy what he is missing out on. BUT GUESS WHAT?! She still has Sp Fork hair! I'm not trying to be cocky...well yes I am, but he married up, that's for sure. Come to find out, she is now getting a divorce so that could explain her checking him out on FB.

Interesting twist on yours, though. Do you know her at all?

Facebook is a weird thing. I get friend requests from people who were mean to me in high school and I just ignore them. Why would they want to be friends now? They probably just want to spy on me. Maybe that's what that girl wants from you. People are weird.

I'm with Jared. Not only is his response funny he's dead on. Ignore.

Tori, I love Jared's comment! I agree, and I can only imagine how many marriages are in trouble thanks to facebook. It might even be him wanting to friend you and he is using his wife's profile. EWWWW!
